Located on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, this 10 acre property is situated in the foothills of Blue Mountain, about half-way between Sequim and Port Angeles, Washington. It is currently set up for horses, but there is also plenty of room to grow organic fruits and vegetables (utilizing the compost generated from the horse manure).

The home and pastures offer a view of the mountain. A lovely new deck overlooks a brick terraced garden area, a small pond and two fenced pastures. The A-frame greenhouse is perfect for getting seedlings off to a good start in the spring, before planting outside.  A large paddock with a small barn/loafing shed provides plenty of room for hay storage and shelter for horses. There is an outdoor 60′ x 150′ riding arena, and numerous hiking and riding trails are easily accessible from the property.
